Do you store my clients' data?
No. Zero-PHI architecture means all plan content stays in your browser and exported local files. We never store it.
Do I need a HIPAA BAA?
No. Nothing is stored on our servers, so there is no BAA to execute.
Can I use Care Plan Builder for publicly-funded clients?
Care Plan Builder is designed for private-pay home care. It does not include EVV, Medicare/Medicaid billing, or claims submission features.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your care plan data lives in your local files. Export everything before cancellation. Your Rovaryn account data is retained 90 days post-cancellation, then deleted.
